Limited space available for the PHG Lifestyle Retreat. All interested parties may apply. Invitation will be extended until we've reached capacity. Once accepted you will receive a confirmation email with a link that will give installment options to proceed with booking.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please review the following information before booking. Additionally, we are aware that the following information may differ from other travel companies; this is because its a curated event.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

You can cancel your participation for The PHG LIFESTYLE RETREAT at any time, but please be aware of the following cancellation policy:

It is our commitment to bring to a curated event for all our guests and, therefore ALL payments are non-refundable, including registration fees, late fees, full payments and installment payments, with the exception to this policy; if The PHG LIFESTYLE RETREAT must be cancelled in its entirety for any reason in which case The PHG LIFESTYLE RETREAT will notify all parties via email and provide refund instructions.

Unforeseen situations may present themselves to our guests and for those circumstances, situations and occasions we HIGHLY recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance to cover your assets.

WHY IS MY PAYMENT NONREFUNDABLE?

Our vendor(s) -- hotels, guest speakers, excursion companies, etc. -- require upfront commitments that we must adhere to. When we offer a package to you we have to ensure, through good-faith payments, that you will attend the events. This is the only way our vendors will take us seriously, and will want to help us provide the best experiences possible to our The PHG LIFESTYLE RETREAT guests.

CHARGE BACKS (REFUND REQUEST(S) DIRECTED FROM YOUR BANKING INSTITUTION)

All charge back notifications received via your bank will be considered cancellation of your The PHG LIFESTYLE RETREAT reservation made with The PHG LIFESTYLE RETREAT.  All documentation, including confirmation of receipt all of travel policies & agreement signatures will be provided to the banking institution as confirmation of payment application according to all agreed upon terms.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We advise all attendees to purchase their own travel insurance. The PHG LIFESTYLE RETREAT does not offer it with any of its packages.

TRANSFERS

You may transfer your reservation to another person subject to the procedures in this paragraph and acceptance by The PHG LIFESTYLE RETREAT. All transfers must be made no later than Aug 1st, 2018. In order to make the transfer, the owner of the reservation must contact The PHG LIFESTYLE RETREAT to obtain a transfer form. Upon completion the reservation The PHG LIFESTYLE RETREAT team will contact the recipient of the transfer for them to complete a Transfer Acceptance Agreement and a Registration Agreement. There is a $100 transfer fee due at the time of transfer, which may be split in any manner between the transferor and the recipient. The transfer between transferor and recipient may be as a gift or as a sale between the two parties, which will be considered completely independent of The PHG LIFESTYLE RETREAT. Any transfers made without The PHG LIFESTYLE RETREAT team’s participation and authorization will not be manifested to the final attendee list and there will be no refund of the ticket price.

DELINQUENCIES

Any payment more than fifteen (15) days past due, will incur a late payment fee of $50.00. The PHG LIFESTYLE RETREAT may also cancel a reservation if the reservation is two (2) payments delinquent.  Should The PHG LIFESTYLE RETREAT cancel the reservation due to payment issue, the terms of this “Cancellation, and Refund Policy” shall apply.
